I have a commercial property in unauthoriged colony in Delhi (Owner ship of property is my father name but after his expire legal heir is my mother) & I have rented it before 11 month. At that time we have made a agrrement of 11 month between us (my mother & tennant) but we did not registered it to the authority. But now he refuse to vaccant the property. Please guide to me & tell me if i file a case against him than how much time will consume in this case
