Hello sir/madam... We won a case regarding land ( site) dispute in 2013. The opponent built a small house in our land 10-14 year back. Now, they have a new house in their own site and have shifted. But ,now they've locked the house which they built in our site. Moreover, they are saying that they will go for appeal in High Court. Is it possible, even after 4 years?

They dont have right to go for APPEAL. The time for APPEAL had lost by LIMITATION. Then you have to file a suit for recovery of possession. please go through your prayer in the suit. If you have asked for the possession of the property, if the suit is decreed in your favor, then file a Execution Petition to execute the decree to recover the possession. But they dont have right to contest the this case against you in appeal as it is beyond the limitation period
