Here one lady is providing wrong information in govt records voter card, and surname of husband in pan card someother ladys husband name. When the other lady came to know this and asked that lady, she said she is live in relation ship with her husband so iam useing the identity
1) I canot prove sapthapadhi to file bigamy.
2) i cannot file adultury becaus the poosite girl is unmarried girl.
Already 498a is running on the husband and the divorce case is running so still the marraige subsists with the wife
what legal action i can take?
