Does anyone think haryana law to give 5 extra marks in govt job exams to students who have no family member in govt job is irratinal ?
More than 90% of aspirants applying for job qualify for this criteria and get extra marks.
In many exams after this law cut off's have been very high and some have even gone more than total marks in written exams.
More 95% students getting selected do not actually score marks more than cut off. They only get selected because of extra marks.
So can anyone tell me if this law is challenged in court, what are chances of it being cancelled.
