I would like to initiate a debate on the trend in the legal fraternity to oppose any move to amend Civl and Criminal procedures eversince 2002, all ready there has been welcome note address in the Law College that on first day that " you here because you can not be anywhereelse " . I think this trend started wayback in 1950 have rippened into great social monsters entering into law professions. Recently one of Lawyer from Trichy has been detained under National Security Act for Killing his father and attempting slay a collegue. when you train your ears at hole of Wall in Bar the news we gather are alarming. Even members of Bar Council do not meaure up to minimum level of bench mark. The disciplinary committee and Vigilance departments of various High court play host - hide outs of rodents rather they kill the rodents of society .
