Hiding 498a case file in court by court constiable and pp

Contact Save India Family Foundation (SIFF) chapter in your city. They will guide you. As far as legal advise in concerned, nobody will guide you here. 

If you have done nothing wrong, then there is no need to be afraid. Start collecting evidences against your wife. If you have previously recorded any conversation, keep that safe as your evidence. Do no call or get in touch with your wife, it will put you in great danger. Ensure you have a reputed and good lawyer to guide you through this mess.

Just contact SIFF and attend the meetings.

Keep faith in yourself and make a resolve to fight against the false accusation.

get certified copies of the entire case file.

Agree with amit I dont belive this the only person is ur lawyer who have ur file if he is playing thre game may be possible but as per amit advise take all certified copies or withraw the whole file from copy branch of court and keep it with u

Thanks for quick advise.My lawyer went and searched and he didn’t get but one of cleark kept hidded file and given later in the court.if they do like that and if they change my hearing date and if I don’t attend court ,what will happen?Please advise me what action can I take to avoid the situation.Thanks for quick advise.

Hi ,Thanks for quick advise.If clerk or court people dont  provide or miss the file on hearing day. How that would be considered? Present or Absent?who will be responsible for that? Please advise.

Hi All, 498a DP 3 & 4 case filed on 03.09.2013 and charge sheet is not yet filed. First hearing attended court on 05.11.2013.I don’t know what these hearings before charge sheet file. I have next month on 21.02.2014 second hearing. Am getting scare, after going to court, if they hide my 498a case file what I have to do and If miss hearing what will happened? Please advise. My father in law is having political background and police support. Please advise is there any precaution u want me take. Court constable and PP both are hiding file keeping somewhere It happened when I went to first hearing. am getting scare don’t know what do and lawyers also supporting to my father in law only because of same city.
