Hindu Groom,Muslim Bride foreigners wants to marry in india

Hi everyone,

I am 30 yrs old hindu male working in vijaywada.I am a citizen of bangladesh.I want to marry a girl who is muslim.She is also from bangladesh.I know many of you will advice me to marry in my own country.Before selecting that option i would like to know some points.

1.Is there any provision for two foreigners(bangladeshi) to get married in india?

2.If it is possible,what is the procedure for that?

3.What are the documents required for that?

I am waiting for your in depth replies.Hope to get some of your advice.Thanking all of you in advance.

no you can not marry in india.

in india, you may contact bangladesh consulate, they may have some provision. in india such marriages solemnized under special marriage act. i am not sure whether foreigners allowed to solemnized or not. let us see what others says?

3.What are the documents required for that?

it depends upon the concerned marriage act.
