My brother-in-law filled a custody of children.He even filled interim custody IA affidavit and also winter vacation IA is filled. He is not giving any maintenance to wife or children since the day of deserting( He demande some property and sent them to parental home). In his MC he clearly told that he is not in a position to maintain,as he is jobless. PLz help in this what should be done.I am not aware of the court procedures. This is a genuine case and we didnt filled 498a or DVC inspite of provision.Only maintenance is filled as he gave notices from lawyers threatining to book into false cases.
We have no objection in meeeting with children,in fact we encourage children to phone your father etc.
urgent Help is needed.
