Dear Sir,
we have been given Anticipatory bail by session court ( u/s 498-A/406)for the period of 2 months with direction that we have to apply for regular bail before trial court
But trial court decline to provide us regular bail.
In that condition, whether the session court or High Court can provide us regular bail?
