Hi,
I had filed my property dispute case in year 2008, the interim relief was done last year, since then the main case has not started. When I check online for the date, the date shows after 3 months and when the date is 15 days away the date is automatically changed to a future date. This has already happned 5 times, so it's been more than a year and still the date does not come.
What is the work around and is this common?
