Hi Experts,
I have given a complaint related to attack on me in police station ,But the SI refused to take complaint.Then i approached to DSP through register post. He responds the complaint and assigned to the CI to that area police station. If i didn't get any justice or if he will not register FIR on them What should i do? Whom i need to apparoach? I have read about Human Resource commission and Police Complaint Authority. How to approach them. I am located to Andhra Pradesh . Please tell me the locations related to Police Complaint Authority in AP.
