How to get encumbrance certificate ?

Dear Sir,

As i want to file petition for Partition of Residential house property of my mother.  My Lawyer asking me my mother’s property details when it purchased from whom, date, Sub Registrar office record entered registration details, volume no page no etc.

My mother’s   property situated at Bodinayakkanur, Tamilnadu and I am living in Hyderabad, Telangana State. I am having my mother’s house property survey no only. When I want to take encumbrance certificate in Sub-Registrar's office they are asking me 4 side walls survey number of my mother’s house property. And without this information they are refusing to accept encumbrance certificate application. Please help me in this regard how to get my encumbrance certificate. The original deed is with my late brother's wife. She is refusing to show it or give me 1 Xerox copy. Kindly requesting to help me in this regard

Ranjan u can have certified copy from the  registrar.

Then give public notice for charges on it.

If no objection received then take NOC from advocate and submit it to registrar.

If u like my solution then will u give THANKS on my LCI profile.?
