How to know te salary of husband

1. If she has filed S. 91 CPC case then ask her to file an Application U/s 91 CrPC for call for record of employee from that Company. If she has filed Civil maintenance Case then ask her to file an Application for Witness and make HR Mgr. of the Company as witness and examine the witness by asking for salary records.

2. Normally under civil / criminal cases in interim stage a wife is supposed to know salary of her husband and thus in interim stage such (above) two applications are normally not taken on board.

Yet your friend may try her luck hence stated the correct provision in Law in related matters.

My friend has filed 125 crpc and if she file U/s according to ur suggestion will this be consider as different case or it can be done in same case?

 her Case is now 1year old and his husband is delaying it by not attending hearing can she take a direcction from high court in this regard ?

2. An advocate may take it as a 'case' for fees extraction purposes.
