I am tenant of the apartment paying the regularly apartment maintenance .Secretary is not conducting any meetings and not giving the accounts since last 2 yrs & ignoring the meeting request.
Please advice me how to proceed legally?

Yes, you are only tenant and have no concern with apartments affairs/meetings.

I agree with experts opinion and advise, you have no locus standi to poke your nose in Society affairs till you are a tenant and not a member.
