Hello Experts,
To get second illegal marriage certificate, my husband gave wrong declaration into th sub-registrar office.
He is not divorcee but his second illegal wife is divorcee.
But in the sub-registrar office both signed declaration as unmarried.
In this condition, what actions can be taken against them.
Please advice.
