@Satish Kumar: Wife is ready to give divorce but not agreeing to return husband's money. if asked about husband's money, then there are threats of committing suicide and filing dowry case. we tried to resolve this amicably. however wife and her parents do not stick to their words. 

we are talking about 30 lakhs of husband's money with wife....how can she just walk away just liek that

Threatening to commit suicide amounts to mental cruelty and it is a ground for seeking divorce.

You need to give some more details about your savings to give advice to recover ur money from her.

wy don't you first think of qall questions and ask for once.

She can file a case for dowry harassment anytime, also rest of the things are matter of fact and evidence.

Ravindra, you have my full sympathies, I don't agree with you but, I treat kids, old, infirm and insane people with great care and give them extra space to vent out.

Second. If she does, what is the problem with such a woman?
