I would like to surrender

Respected ,

I am facing 2 criminal cases against me in 2 different districts in JFCM Courts u/s 420 crpc for total amounts of 40 lakhs in each.

These two cases were at the stage of LW 1 Cross examination.

I would like to surrender myself and accept the crime in front of court.

My question is , can I surrender myself in court right now while cross examination taking place.

Please guide me.

Where is the question of surendering when the trial has already commenced. Obviously, you have appeared before the Court, taken bail and denied or the charges.

The posting suggest itself to be a riddle than a query.

If a real issue, take your advocate into confidence and try for settlement through adalat/mediation.

You can admit the charges feramed against you and during 313 cr.p.c. questioning, you can admit the charges leveled against you
