Income Tax Return is under RTIAct2005.?

1. Yes, ITR as well as PF and LIC / PPF / CGHS Cards details are now covered under RTI Act. The que. needs to be framed under "public policy" based means round about format and how public is going to suffer and or how Govt. is going to loose revenue if such info. Not provided.


2. Yes, Court can ask for salary records both from private as well as Govt. Anything which can't be refused to be given to Parliament is covered under RTI act is thumb Rule. Now think lateral which all INFORMATION can't be given to Parliament :-)

A. File for Execution of RCR Decree which you say is in your favor within 90 days.


B. If desire for custody of children then don’t ideate. Follow step C


C. File for custody of children pending which ask vehemently for visitation. Beg, borrow to cover expenses for visitation in a neutral location with mother at visual distance and not hearing distance during such visitations/

C. File IA Applications for tution fees to school and there are many other IA’s which could be filed in Custody cases. Refer to my earlier postings on such matters.
