yes i am talking about hindu marriages ,but in informal way in temple without registration.

in this kind of marriages,is divorce in stamp paper adequate?or it requires divorce case? nowdays many people and lawyers using stamp paper sign for divorce is it valid?

Yes, though not registered, intention of the marriage is shown.   It seems probably that your marriage is performed without registrastion and you think you can get away with this on account of non-registration, it is not so....

You have to file divorce petn n seek decree and then remarry

No the divorce on stamp paper is absolutely invalid.   Only the Court of Law has got authority to grant decree of divorce.   However, you can use stamp paper to show the intention of separation/divorce which is one of the ingredients for granting divorce

once i had an informal marry with a girl who have a drunker as her dad.Her family was  in domestic violence ,so i marry her to save her.But after 1 month she leaves me and till now she dont want to come,and living with that drunker.when i q her ,she said that at that time due to domestic violence she used me and now she dont need me.

so,i have no choice now and like to divorce her.so anamika aisa bhi hota hain!sirf larkiya nehi larke bhi torture hote hein ditched hote hein.
