can information be asked in RTI from shop owner?
My client sold some goods to a govt employee, issued a bill for the same and that employee get reimbursement from his office. Some one filed a RTI in that department for the detail of reimbursement and also called by client to provide detail of the bill and prove bill is not fake. Can he do so? Is my client is bound to reply?
