In India Inter-cast marriages and inter-religious marriages are dealt under the Special Marriage Act,1954.

Any marriage in India can be registered under the Special Marriages Act, 1954 provided the parties to the marriage so wish.  If both the man and the woman are Hindus, but belonging to different castes or even regions, they can get married under the Hindu Marriages Act, 1956. If both have adopted Arya Samaj, they can get married under the Arya Samaj marriage validation Act.
