Respected Sir,
This is simple question I want to ask you whether any interstate purchase material which have utilised for work contract activity in karnataka state, will applicable for extra 5% input tax on such ISP , apart from Tax of CST @2% we have been paying already to the dealer from whom we are purchasing the material .Also we are paying Entry Tax @5.5% to commercial tax department on interstate purchase value.Please suggest your valuable & knowledgable answer which will guide us correctly.Please do the needful & oblige .
