yes we have to get signature of all legal heirs of that person, in order to future disputes, after getting signatures you have to notarized it here and then it is valid for registration

I am confused with two answers one for Yes and other one for No and also from the forums i undersatnd if it is self acquired property no need to get any others signatures, am i correct

You are right - first check whether it is self-acquired property of your seller. If it is then no need of signatures of his sons or daughters. If not, you require them.
