Respected Sir/Madam,
An online musical instrument company called bajaao has sold me a defective product. As per their policy I have brought the defect to their notice within stipulated days to claim return & refund. I have shared video evidences of the defect as well.
They are just not responding at all. They are not ready to accept the defect. and dont provide any solution.
As a consumer who have received a defective product in online shopping, what are my legal options.
