Dear Mr.Sanchay Maity,

In my considerate view the following are required to be taken care of -

Licence under Shops and Establishment Act, (Including 365 days exemption for opening all days including Holidays).

Food, Health Licences,

NOC from FIre Department.

Contract Labour Abolition Act,

W & M Stamping,

PF & ESIC Registration.

MUSIC PPL,

Generator Set Licence

Insecticides NOC,

GLOW Sign usage permission

Air and Water Pollution Certification

This list is not exhaustive one but still may be useful.

Thanks and best regards

Daksh

Electricity License as per Electricity Rules 1956

Service Tax Registration/PAN/TAN/VAT/Luxury Tax/NOC

And some more license depending upon the size of the restuarant with elevators etc are bound to be applied for

Dear Ld., friends

Here we are helping public free of cost giving them proper guidance and advices but at cost of our time. Just because we are giving free advices we should not become "GUYS"  - Plz dont respond to such questions asked by people who doesnt have basic manners.

Gurunarayan Rao sir was the first to respond this thread and he left the hint but.. my other friends seems to have overlooked it.  Plz. dont encourage derogation of our dignity.
