She cant charge you on the basis of adultery, as no law exist in provisions now. So fighting cases will have no ground, but I dont agree with in love and war, nothing is wrong, then everyone will take same ground and we will be back to days of stone age.
There are some sensible arguements, heed your attention.Now you lived with him, so, better for a healthy life of you all involved, request him to get MCD and get married with him, and compensate his wife.

oh!!! you are not making a married person happy, you are making money by a wrong way. now it is clear you are not in love . you can not realise his wife pain,once your age and beauti will go, he will get out u also,and as he is rich , he will buy a new girl.
divorce is not very easy job. if it is not MCD.
