Respected  forum  members and learned advocates

However possetion could not be practically taken. My elder brother also died. Can  I become an agriculturist and by Agril Land in Maharashtra. For last 35 years I am out of Maharashtra for service and now retired. If  I prodeuce  old record of 7/12 showing my name as minor wil it help.

The tenancy laws give vested rights to the actual cultivators, which the landholders cannot deny. Show all your rightful documents if any regarding rent etc. to your local lawyer and take advise.
