Our building is a leased property.
We paid 3000 per sqft to lease it and now we are paying 1 INR per month for the same.
But maintenance charge is very high which is 3 INR psqft.
Out of 120 offices , almost 80 sold off.
We want to take over the maintenance from the promoter .
Is it possible ?If yes, how should we go ahead with it ?
