What is your dispute / locus standi to maintenance of a girl ?

She demanded for huge amount, she needs temporary alimony for the duration of the case from past 3 years , She stayed for a period of 2 months in husband's home and she is educated,she had submitted that she was working before but not now .

the financial needs, obligations and responsibilities which each of the parties to the marriage has or is likely to have in the foreseeable future.
