i am staying in a apartment which is in a gated community, the members formed an association but registered the association in the month of December-2015. builder gave possession of my flat in the month of December-2015. association is asking me to pay maintenance for November -2015 also, which i feel is not correct. kindly advise if i have to pay maintenance amount for November-2015 also.

As you had not at all occupied the premises in the month of November 2015, you are not liable to pay the maintenance for that month. Any arrears of property prior to handing over of the property (all outgoing charges) are to be borne by your vendor.
