It is submitted that the Honble court gave verdict for the accusations that I was facing in CC No 123 that viewed from any angle there’s no piece of material connecting to me for the accusations raised and charges framed against me for 354 A and D and was acquitted on Jan 12, 2016.
Now at this juncture can i file a case on the girl for malicious and false alligations made on me.
please suggest me the best and possible ways to sue her ai have incurred agreat loss and please refer to some citations where proceution failed in guilt of the accud and malicious case has been filed.
