If father has not left any WILL then daughter be it married or unmarried being class-1 leagl heir is entitled to inherit equal share in the properties, assets left by her father and mother. Consult Hindu Succession Act and Indian Succession Act.

It is believed that all involved are Hindu.

Confirm!

If yes, daughter has equal share in estate left by her father and mother.

But recent case of supreme court shows no right of married daughter when father died befor 2005

Your interpretation is wrong. The quoted judgement is related to ammendment carried on 9.9.2005 in Hindu Succession Act relating to daughters right in ancestral property but that ammendment does not affect daughter's right in father's property.

Yes. Does her marriage change her status to claim as legal heir? She is daughter and will always remain daughter and has every right to inherit the property of her late father
