I joined a Company on 4 April and got another offer and 18 April and I did a digital signature on the offer letter and rejected the offer in the system on 19 April. unfortunately I took salary for 2 weeks. after the manager called up i sent him a written resignation letter. now both the company had same client and they found my data in the system and now they are asking me to provide me the NOC. and the other company asked me to pay 2 months notice period amount and I paid off.
will I be loosing both the jobs now.
how shall i handle this. please suggest.
