I purchased second floor of 80 Sq. yd in Indra Vihar colony delhi. 80 Sq. yd. It was not known to me that the property is MCD booked. The construction was done before 2000 and booked in 2018. Seller shown it was purchased by him in 2000, when I received the documents from registrar office come to know. the documents shown by seller to me during deal was not having any stamp for MCD booked status. I purchased this property on 4th June 2019. when i asked seller about this he said he was not known to this. property is already constructed 4 floors.
What are disadvantage and effects of this.
how get it rectified
If in future I need to sell it how is it possible
how much money I have to pay now for clearing stamp.
