more black money than salary

If there is an order by the court to pay the maintenance   you have to pay . No other ways except revision.

get LC appointed , show his standard of living , banglows , club memberships his drinks receipts etc etc .

in reality its difficult to prove if he is not living beyond his means.

Anyways, you cant claim maintenance on the basis of black money...!  You can only complain competent authorities about the black money.

agree with adv. rajiv and sony, also approach the court for execution of the order for maintenance.

you may also do the same.

maintenance court will not take action, till the income is proved.

same may be send to it deptt, if you want and have sufficient poof.

how to prove number 2 income? how to prove chai pani income? how to prove bribe income of a government servant , as his wife is accustomed to that standard of living which husband maintained by illegal means.
 

any SC/HC citation in this regard as nowadays most govt servants are corrupt. do they have to give part of briibe income as maintenance. if so how much part of bribe income she is entitled to?
