In current 498a charge sheet in court. Can she go for any other 498a for other members or members for whom Charge Sheet quash for Jurisdiction?

what does quash order states ?
if it states that case must be file in proper jurisdiction then she can file.

Quash was on jurisdiction.
Took 2 years for quash.
Can she file 498a case in same jurisdiction after more than 2 year of main case?
