MASTHAN (Self employeed)     22 October 2011

Muslim divorce

1. We approached quazi for divorce

2. my brother pronnounced triple talaq in the presence of his wife, quazi and other relatives

3. Quazi denied to register the divorce and issue the TALAQNAMA

4. We sent TALAQNAMA through advocate

5. She replied to to our TALAQNAMA through advocate, saying not accepting the TALAQNAMA

6. My advocate eat our money and time all these days and said that he will get the divorce certificate through court.

7. Now he is telling there is no provision in IPC to validate the Muslim divorce through court.

Actually he made attempt to register/to validate the talaqnama but court refusted to admit it. He made attempt to file the suit under the section

"PLAINT FILED ON BEHALF OF THE PLAINTIFF UNDER ORDER VII RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE CODE AND SECTION 2 OF DISSOLUTON OF THE MUSLIM MARRIAGE ACT"

Now what I need to do?

Thanks,
Masthan

Repeated query.

Don't register, just serve.
