My passport ceased need advice

Dear Dr.,

You have to file a application before the magistrate for deseize of passport, if you have to go out of india. Court will release the passport on condition of some security. after foreign visit you have to again redeposit it with cour / police as the case may be. 

YOur sister in law filed divorce in cananda then get the copies of divorce decree / order and file quashing before the High Court.
