Kindly share noc draft of parents to get married in foreign country...

NOC? Are you a major? i.e. above 18 years. If yes, you don't need any consent from parents for marriage as per Indian Law. Some countries do have a requirement that an affidavit of sort to be given by the Indian Govt that you are unmarried at present.
