Non agriculturist

Hello,


I was going through some farm land sale in Goa and I need some assistance on this topic. As being non agriculturist I cannot buy Agriculture land in Maharashtra, karnataka, AP and Kerela. Do we have the same law in Goa, Dew and Daman?
