Not cooperating to withdraw money

Hi All, we had marriage issues and we compromised and We have written on compromise on Rs.20 bond paper and we signed back side of bond paper. Rs. 8 lakhs Money deposited in Joint account through check (Joint account holders are my uncle and my Other parties person). Now that Bond paper became invalid and now other party is not ready for settlement and going against to that and other joint account holder is not cooperating to withdraw money. In passbook operations mentioned "JOINTLY’.

1) Now Is it possible to me collect from joint account?

2) If other Joint account holder not co-operates? Is it possible to me to file criminal and civil cases on other party? If so please advise ….Thanks in advance.

Dear Balaji,

Vary sad story.

This is the reason I always advise not to suit or give divorce until 498A is over.

Lodge FIR against them in the following section in their local police station.

383 IPC. Extortion.

406 IPC Criminal Breach of Trust.

506 IPC. Ciminal Intimidation.

34 IPC. Common Intention of Crime.

464 Making a false document
463. Forgery

Hi Sir, I issued check and Check and Bank belongning to our place only ( SBI Bank ) and Incident started from our place to their police station.

Is It ok ,If I register FIR in our place ? and If I file FIR their police station,police and lawyers, court clerks and judge will support them only and also for me it will take to travel to their place 1000km .

I want to file FIR in our place only and tell me some clues and suggestions to file FIR in our place only. how incidents should write in FIR.

Please advise how to proceed with this.

Please advise why we have to file FIR their police station only ?
