Resp. Sir/Ma'm
CPC contains O21 R97-102, But for Bombay there are some amendments inserted dated on 1/10/1983.
And with the effect from the same amendment R 102 was deleted. Is there any case law for these amendments of 1/10/1983. Pls provide the case law if any.
