I need help from you experts. My family is doing fencing (with mesh) to my agriculture field. The local sarpanch(ruling party) is objecting since we didn't ask him. We don't have a good relationship with him.
What is the Sarpanch role in these matters ? The local police can't listen to our words. How to do my fencing work without his involvement? please help
