The building is a 4 old structure and the is fully occupied. Currently the OC is not available for the bldg. As second buyer we had requested a letter from the builder confirming the trasnfer however the seller is not procuring the concerned letter from the builder.
The registration has been done, please suggest a recourse as for any society formation the first buyer will be contacted.
