I read thread containing inportance of occupancy certificate. As the builder is obliged to give OC and he is not taken it from local muncipal authorities what steps / action we should take against builder.
I had purchased flat in pune in June-2009 and also taken possission without receiving OC. Builder had also handed over possission of all flats in that building before june-2009.
Is it is necessary to have OC that muncipal authority can leavy Property Tax on that flat ??
