Parents are problem

Im Karthik...Query is for my childhood friend - Vijaya. She is now working in an investment firm. Her age is 21. Her parents are not good, Her mom has an affair with someone and threatens her for money always and her father is a drunkard who doesn't care about these but always restricts and doubts Vijaya. Even her father knows about her mom's affair and that they are threatening her but still no response...Vijaya had also been experiencing s*xual harassments in the past from her mom's affair but couldn't even react due to the financial dependence on them and she couldn't even complain to police because of fear and not that even many NGOs aren't trustable.She has joined recently the firm after completing her college studies but now she wants to save money for herself to make her financially independent to feel safe in this chaos, but her parents again threaten to deposit her salary in their name and not on her name. She decided to come out of the family to stay in hostel but they are threatening that all her documents are with them and moreover if she moves out next day her parents would approach her office ,make it a big problem and thus she loses her reputation in her office...Thus she is feared to move out of the family as she might lose her job which is her only support...No one is ever believing that her parents are so like this....Whenever she tries to open up she couldn't get anyone's support...How to handle this legally ? Please help anyone..
