Dear members,
I and my aunt (father's elder sister) are joint owners of a G+1 building in a 200 sq.yds residental plot in a prime locality in Hyderabad. Ground floor is owned by me and the first floor is owned by my Aunt.
They are a disgusting family and I don't wish to keep my property jointly with them. The age of the ground floor crossed 60 years recently. Age of the first floor is 38 years.
I want the whole building to be domolished and partition my 100 sq yds and separate from my Aunt's family but they are not cooperating for the same. Their excuse is that their floor is only 38 years old and they do not want to demolish.
What is the procedure to separate from them and keep my 100 sq yds? I do not wish to sell my 100 sq yds to them or buy their share. Please help. Thanks.
