Pending bail application under 498a

My anticipatory bail application today at Delhi ASJ court was kept in pending and was asked to attend CAW cell proceedings. my understanding of the fact goes that CAW cell proceedings are voluntary, also as per the orders of Delhi high court same holds good.  next hearing for bail application is on 23rd May. FIR has not yet been registered. any suggestions by experts.

Has IO mentioned the possibiity of your arrest? If he said that there is no possiblity of arrest and it's at mediation stage then court usually direct to appear for mediation even though it's volunteer. If CAW enforce anything on you then you can ask for court mediation! If IO/OP says that you did not appear in counselling/mediation and hence did not co-operate with investigation then court may dismiss bail application. Seniros please enligthen further.

Dear Ajay

no need to worry, co-operate with the CAW cell and try to settle the matter if this is not possible  then simple co-operate and on the next date of hearing argue on your AB with relevent Judgements. granting and rejecting the Bail is depend on the court and if your advocate is able to convience the Judge then you got thebail.
