Permission to sale trust property

the trust gets permission to sale its property from joint charity commissioner in the said property there about eight houses and one well but the patwari records and thasildar records heve not entered the entries about this fact which includes two government roads part of the property ,

we all tenants brought the fact before joint charity commissioner about the fact that trust has mis represented the facts and also has given the very same land on lease to run the education institute for 30 years without obtaining permission of the charity commissioner as per the rule of the bombay public trust act even this fact was concealed by the trust before joint charity commissioner even then .

the charity commissioner has given permission to sale the very same peoperty of the trust to the person who has already been leased out the property by managing the so called tender process who in the prudent mind will submit the bid in the tender when already the property was leased out for 30 years obviously the tender process was sham and shobby and the charity commissioner was not bothered about the facts and turned blind eye towards all this shabby affairs of the trust and he rejected the revocation application after about one years time and gave extension of permission to sale which expired last nov.2011 and further extended the time limit to 8th march 2012.

now can the new applicant who is father of student studying in the instition run by the trust file a new application of revocation on the grounds of fraud and hiding of the facts from the joint charity commissioner to get the easy permission to sale the property to the person having already good relation with trust.
