my wife filed Divorce petition in a district court in AP. She filed on the petition on 15.11.2014 and the petition was registered on the same date. It will take minimum 3 months to register a petition in that court as when i filed GOP on in March 2015 it was registered on June 2015 and came to hearing in August 2015.
as i am contesting my own case, while preparing for cross i noticed my wife's petition details. it seems she has influenced the registry and even it seems that she has choosen the bench also. Along filing divorce petition injunction order was obtained!
Can i ask hnbl HC CJ to dismiss the petition as fraudulently brought towards bench. There is no case filed by against me as of now which indicates that there is no gravity in admitting the petition on the same date?
